Daniel Touchatt — Capital Advisor, Maple and Millwood Consultants
We're not a rate sheet lender, and we're not one-solution-fits-all. As your direct advisor, I build tailored capital solutions for what your business actually needs to grow.
Daniel is a values-driven connector and protector who brings sharp creative instincts and an ownership mindset to every deal. With a background in marketing, real estate, and media production — including commercial/residential marketing and MMA fight commentary — he knows how to communicate trust and credibility across every platform.
He played a key role in launching Wichita's first Charity Fight Night, and was named Pitcher of the Year in college — the same mix of grit and discipline he brings to underwriting your deal. Daniel's life revolves around God, his wife, and their newborn son, and he leads with the conviction to serve and protect what matters most. Outside of work, you'll find him training Muay Thai, hiking, or wakeboarding — he believes excellence starts with extreme ownership, and shows up with that mindset on every file he touches.
Flexible financing tailored to your deal — residential, commercial, and everything in between. $75K–$15M+.
Renovation loans tailored to your project. We start by asking what matters more right now — cost of capital or cash out of pocket at close — and tailor your options around the answer.
1–3 year acquisitions and refinances — get out of hard money, or pull equity from a finished flip to redeploy immediately.
Cash-flow qualifying, for acquisitions and refinances, including cash-out to pay off hard money and move into long-term debt.
New residential construction financing for experienced builders and investors.
Multi-family, self-storage, retail, and a genuine niche specialty in mobile home & RV parks.
We always start by seeing if a deal fits traditional bank financing — it's the cheapest capital out there. When it doesn't, most lenders jump straight to hard money — often 12–16%+ before points, with aggressive terms attached. We don't.
Where every deal starts. Cheapest capital, most straightforward qualification — the first option we check.
Not the starting point — the fallback when the bank says no. A far cheaper, faster-to-close alternative to hard money for complex or declined deals. Rate buy-down options available.
The true last resort, when neither of the above fits. High double-digit rates plus points, aggressive terms — lender comfortable taking the asset back.
You're not filling out a form into a black box. I personally review every submission and stay your point of contact as we work with our capital partners to get your deal funded.
No generic rate sheet quotes. Once I have the details on your deal, you get real terms built around it — not a teaser rate that only applies to a fraction of borrowers.
Low cash-flow/DSCR, projection-based, and asset-based deals — the ones other lenders pass on, we're built to close.
We're building a long-term capital partnership for your next deal, and the one after that — not chasing a single closing.

Term sheet within 1 business day for standard requests.
Fast underwriting, built around your deal and profile.
Capital deployed on your closing timeframe.
Rate is 100% deal- and borrower-dependent — a strong borrower with a thin deal won't get top terms, and a great deal with a weak borrower won't either. We don't quote a "teaser" rate that only applies to platinum-tier borrowers, because it misleads anyone who won't actually qualify. Real numbers come from a term sheet built for your specific deal.
$75K up to $15M+, across residential and commercial. We're generally not the right fit under $100K or with credit below 660.
It's not our starting point or our only offering — it's the tool we reach for when a deal doesn't fit the traditional bank box: low cash flow/DSCR, projection-based, and asset-based deals among them. It closes faster and costs meaningfully less than hard money, with rate buy-down options available.
No to all three. We're a primary-debt lender — not a gap/second-position or equity-partnership structure.
Term sheet within 1 business day for a standard request; up to 1 week for commercial deals.
